Mobile Car Cleaning Service Policy Agreement

Thank you for choosing our mobile car cleaning services. Please read the following policy agreement carefully before confirming your appointment. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered or for appointments cancelled or rescheduled outside of the stipulated notice period. This policy is in place due to the logistical nature of mobile services, including travel time, preparation, and allocation of resources.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Notice Period: You must contact us to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Late Rescheduling/No-Shows: Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling, or a no-show for a confirmed appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your service and any payment made, with no refund issued.

3. Service Expectations

Our team will arrive at your specified location at the agreed-upon time. Please ensure the vehicle is accessible and there is adequate space for our service.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy Agreement.
