Mobile Car Cleaning Service Policy Agreement

Thank you for choosing our mobile car cleaning services. Please read the following policy agreement carefully before confirming your appointment. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Terms of Service

Service Area: Our mobile car cleaning services are available within a specified service area. Please confirm your location falls within our operational range when booking.

Vehicle Condition: While we strive for excellent results, the final outcome may vary depending on the initial condition of the vehicle. Excessive dirt, stains, or damage may require additional services or may not be fully removed. Mr. Mobile Car Clean is not responsible for any pre-existing damages or any liability for electrical damage to the vehicle unless Mr. Mobile Car Clean determines itself to be at fault based on its own assessment, in which case the liability will be limited to a maximum of $1,000. Since Mr. Mobile Car Clean is not aware of the existing condition or state of a vehicle that it is servicing, the company cannot take liability for any issues that are caused to the electrical work in the vehicle after the detailing has finished.

Customer Responsibility: Please remove all valuable items and personal belongings from your vehicle prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle. 

Inclement Weather: In the event of severe weather conditions that may affect the quality or safety of our service, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.
